Kelsey  Baker

Kelsey helps Possibility Labs source new partners, and foster field and community building in the investing, integrated capital, and movement landscape. Kelsey brings five years of expertise working to increase equitable access to funding, community and funder relationship building, participatory grantmaking, and capacity building for grassroots organizations. Previously, she worked as a Senior Program Officer at The New York Women’s Foundation’s NYC Fund for Girls and Young Women a collaborative fund supporting organizations led by girls, young women, and transgender/gender non-conforming youth of color. Prior to this role, she worked in the Office of the President at the Ford Foundation supporting grantmaking in the arts, civic engagement, disability inclusion and policy advocacy. Kelsey holds an M.S. in Nonprofit Leadership and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
